Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, ensure compliance with KSA standards, and oversee the successful delivery of water network and pipeline projects from conception through completion.

Your Job

• Lead the civil engineering aspects of water infrastructure projects including pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
• Review and approve civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout project lifecycle
• Manage contractor performance, progress monitoring, and compliance with project requirements
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution
• Ensure all projects comply with KSA Water Technical Standards and Saudi Building Codes
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations on project sites

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (preferred)
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, Last 5 years must be specifically in water engineering projects
• Demonstrated experience working on water projects preferably in KSA or GCC countries, bringing international best practices to the role.
• Experience with KSA Water technical standards is highly preferred
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is a must
