Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating strong relationships with enterprise clients, and acting as a trusted advisor. You will leverage our extensive portfolio—ranging from Cloud and Enterprise IT to ELV Solutions, Hospitality Management applications,to meet business needs.

Your Job

Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting our full suite of Solutions (Cloud, Business Intelligence, Enterprise IT, ELV and Hospitality Management

Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and facility managers within client organizations.

Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive needs analyses to understand client pain points and business objectives, recommending tailored hardware, software, and service combinations.

Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.

Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in the CRM.

Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of proven B2B sales or account management experience within the ICT, System Integration, or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Enterprise IT, Cloud computing, ELV systems, and physical infrastructure (generators/UPS). Familiarity with Total Facility Management (TFM) is a strong plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
