Job Description:

This position will be the face of the brand behind the counter (BTC) in Amman. Your mission is to blend our signature high-energy vibe with a structured, stable Daily Concept Workflow, ensuring the highest operational, cleanliness, and brand standards are met every single day.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Workflow

  • 360 Counter Function: Master every station behind the counter (BTC) to ensure a seamless, fast-paced workflow and uncompromised product quality.
  • Daily Concept Workflow: Execute daily operational routines, including opening/closing tasks, proper trail management, and meticulous restocking as directed by the Bar/Shift Manager.
  • E-Campus Integration: Maintain a strong knowledge of E-Campus recipes, system modules, and menu nutritional values to expertly guide and recommend products to Amman's health-conscious guests.
  • Brand Integrity: Embrace the Manifest of Much More. Act as a proactive team player, upholding our non-discrimination values, characteristic JOE Ambience, and brand legacy.
  • SOP & Cleanliness Compliance: Maintain an immaculate workstation, strictly following the brand's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and local hygiene regulations.

Customer Service & Community Vibe

  • Quality Over Speed: Serve premium-grade products that meet exact global standards, ensuring product integrity is never sacrificed for speed.
  • The Guest Experience: Pace operations efficiently to maintain the Correct Waiting Time, delivering a vibrant and positive experience for Amman's cosmopolitan clientele.
  • Team Synergy & Support: Foster a healthy, communicative working environment. Actively support and mentor new Juicers joining the team on various stations.

Commercial Objectives

  • Drive store growth by meeting daily sales targets, KPIs, and promotional objectives (including upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty app engagement) while adhering strictly to company policy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of Daily Sales Targets & Upselling KPIs.
  • Product Quality adherence and optimal Speed of Service.
  • Minimal rate of product returns.
  • High Customer Satisfaction scores.
  • Consistent Team Support and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Amman's premium F&B, hospitality, or specialty coffee sectors is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Language: Professional proficiency in English is required (Arabic is a strong plus for guest relations).
    • Ability to thrive in a high-tempo, fast-paced environment.
