with a strong civil engineering background and extensive experience in construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring GCC/KSA-specific experience in water projects, expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and a commitment to integrating international best practices into company’s operations.
Your Job
- Prepare and validate ** Bills of Quantities (BOQ)**, cost estimates, and tender documents for water infrastructure projects (e.g., pipelines, reservoirs, treatment plants).
- Manage contract administration, including valuation of variations, interim payments, final accounts, and claims resolution, in compliance with FIDIC-based contracts and KSA regulations.
- Conduct site measurements, progress monitoring, and cost forecasting to ensure projects remain within budget and align with financial objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to provide accurate cost advice and support decision-making throughout project lifecycles.
- Perform risk and value engineering analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.
- Ensure adherence to KSA Water Technical Standards, procurement policies, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain detailed records of quantities, costs, and project changes to support audit and reporting requirements.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on construction and infrastructure (implementation and supervision).
- At least 3 years of experience in water engineering projects (e.g., pipelines, pumping stations, treatment plants).
- Hands-on experience with FIDIC contract administration (preparation, interpretation, execution).
- Demonstrated experience working on water projects preferably in KSA or GCC countries, bringing international best practices to the role.
- Experience with KSA Water technical standards is highly preferred
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is a must
