with a strong civil engineering background and extensive experience in construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring GCC/KSA-specific experience in water projects, expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and a commitment to integrating international best practices into company’s operations.

Your Job


  • Prepare and validate ** Bills of Quantities (BOQ)**, cost estimates, and tender documents for water infrastructure projects (e.g., pipelines, reservoirs, treatment plants).
  • Manage contract administration, including valuation of variations, interim payments, final accounts, and claims resolution, in compliance with FIDIC-based contracts and KSA regulations.
  • Conduct site measurements, progress monitoring, and cost forecasting to ensure projects remain within budget and align with financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to provide accurate cost advice and support decision-making throughout project lifecycles.
  • Perform risk and value engineering analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to KSA Water Technical Standards, procurement policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain detailed records of quantities, costs, and project changes to support audit and reporting requirements.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on construction and infrastructure (implementation and supervision).
  • At least 3 years of experience in water engineering projects (e.g., pipelines, pumping stations, treatment plants).
  • Hands-on experience with FIDIC contract administration (preparation, interpretation, execution).
  • Demonstrated experience working on water projects preferably in KSA or GCC countries, bringing international best practices to the role.
  • Experience with KSA Water technical standards is highly preferred
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is a must
