As our HR Manager, you will be the backbone of our operational growth. You will drive recruitment strategies, manage our unique "Moneyball" methodology, and ensure our teams are supported, engaged, and performing at their best. You are not just sitting in an office; you are involved in our operations, listening to our people, and ensuring our culture thrives.Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Planning: Own the recruitment strategy for all operational positions. Prepare monthly hiring plans that align with our store openings and seasonal demand.
  • The "Moneyball" Methodology: Manage and develop our salary structure and compensation strategy to ensure compliance. Track leadership pipelines and support operational managers in interviewing for internal growth.
  • Operational Support: Analyze shift plans and headcount to ensure optimal staffing. Assist in HR/Staff budgeting across store, HQ, and training levels.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead our engagement initiatives, including conducting surveys and implementing actionable plans (Peakon) to maintain a positive environment.
  • People Development: Facilitate workforce education and management training.
  • Compliance & Administration: Oversee payroll, employee contracts, time-tracking systems, disciplinary matters, and visa/work permit processing. Maintain our Employee Handbook.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You bring a minimum of 5 years of HR Management experience within international F&B concepts (e.g., Alshaya, Azadea, Dunkin').
  • Expert: You have a deep understanding of F&B organizational structures, multi-unit growth, and local employment law.
  • Educated: You hold a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Communicator: You are fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) and have strong presentation skills.
  • Culture-Fit: You are structured, hands-on, operationally focused, and an energetic team player who thrives on being involved in the day-to-day business.
