As a Shift Manager, you will serve as a key extension of the Bar Manager, ensuring a structured and stable daily concept workflow. You will act as a brand ambassador, mentoring our Juicers, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering top-tier customer experiences.Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of product quality behind the counter, monitor speed, and provide constructive feedback to the team to ensure a stable daily workflow.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, fostering a motivated, high-performing, and respectful team environment. Train new Juicers using our e-campus modules and prepare them for performance shifts.
  • Stock & Administration: Support the Bar Manager in weekly stock counts, deliveries, and maintenance. Monitor and minimize wastage while ensuring work schedules align with branch needs.
  • Customer Experience: Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally to ensure consistently high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Strategic Support: Assist the Bar Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality (or equivalent). Additional hospitality certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members effectively.

  • Operational Savvy: Strong understanding of financial reports, performance metrics, and budget tracking.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a focus on team management, conflict resolution, and customer orientation.
