provide full-time on-site supervision and technical direction for major water infrastructure projects. This senior role requires a civil engineering professional with extensive field experience to act as a company''s representative, ensuring that all construction activities are executed in strict accordance with approved designs, specifications, schedules, and KSA regulatory requirements.

Your Job

• On-Site Technical Authority: Serve as primary technical representative on construction sites for water pipeline networks, pumping stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities. Make daily technical decisions to resolve construction issues while preserving design intent.
• Contractor Supervision & Coordination: Directly supervise and coordinate all contractor and subcontractor activities. Conduct daily site inspections, weekly progress meetings, and ensure adherence to approved method statements and work procedures.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Implement and enforce project QA/QC plans. Conduct rigorous inspections of materials, workmanship, and installed systems. Approve or reject work that does not meet project specifications and KSA Water Technical Standards.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Enforcement: Champion a zero-incident safety culture. Enforce site-specific HSE plans, conduct safety audits, and ensure full compliance with the company and KSA regulatory safety requirements.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing progress, issues, safety performance, and quality metrics to the Project Manager.
• Design Compliance & RFI Management: Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies for compliance with design intent. Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process efficiently.
• Site Documentation & Records: Maintain comprehensive and accurate site records, including inspection reports, test certificates, as-built drawings, and variation orders. Ensure proper documentation for handover to the Operations department.
• Stakeholder Interface: Liaise with local authorities, utility companies, community representatives, and project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and address any site-related concerns.

Your Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with 15 years of experience.
or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 10 years of experience.
• Minimum of the last 5 years must be in on-site supervision of water engineering projects (pipelines, networks, treatment).
• Demonstrated experience working on water projects preferably in KSA or GCC countries, bringing international best practices to the role.
• Experience with KSA Water technical standards is highly preferred
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is a must
