• Team Development: Train Juicers and Shift Managers, providing feedback through Juicer Talks to maintain a high-performing environment.
• Operational Excellence: Achieve strong sales targets, manage budgets, and ensure excellent product quality.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or high diploma in Hospitality.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Strong financial management skills (budgets, inventory control) and experience leading teams.
