Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator to Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of business development initiatives, with the aim of enhancing the impact of institutional excellence programs, expanding the beneficiary base, and contributing to long-term institutional sustainability in alignment with international best practices.

Responsibilities

Planning and Business Development

    • Support the development and implementation of business development plans related to services.
    • Analyze market needs and align them with programs and offerings.
    • Monitor local and regional trends in institutional excellence and development.

Opportunity Development

    • Identify and pursue new partnership and project opportunities.
    • Track relevant tenders and initiatives within the scope of work.
    • Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals for programs and services.
    • Coordinate the planning and delivery of proposals, workshops, and meetings.

Initiatives Monitoring and Partnership Management

    • Monitor the implementation of business development initiatives and prepare periodic reports.
    • Support the development and maintenance of sustainable relationships with partners and clients.
    • Maintain and update client and partner databases, ensuring accurate documentation.
    • Propose initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to business development.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
    • Proposal writing and presentation skills.
    • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Good digital literacy skills.
