The Role
We are seeking a high-energy SRecruitment Specialist to join our team. In this 360-degree role, you will lead both business development and candidate delivery, focusing on specialized roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end processes from initial client briefing to post-placement follow-up.
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier passive talent via variuos sources.
- Business Development: Pitch HR Pulse Jobs services
- Market Intelligence: Candidate Experience: Deliver a premium, high-touch candidate experience with proactive feedback and interview coaching.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment, ideally within a technical or professional services niche.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding billing targets and winning new business.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical roles and negotiate senior-level compensation with confidence.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with ATS
- Certification: PHRI certification is highly desirable.
