Job Overview: Responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and vision, focusing primarily on driving profitability, market share growth, and operational excellence for an FMCG, dairy, or food manufacturing portfolio.
Job Roles
- Develop and execute the company's long-term corporate strategy and growth plan.
- Assume full P&L responsibility, overseeing all financial performance and capital allocation.
- Lead large-scale manufacturing operations, supply chain optimization, and strategic CAPEX investments.
- Ensure superior product quality, continuous innovation, and strict regulatory compliance.
- Drive commercial excellence through brand strategy, portfolio expansion, and route-to-market optimization.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team to foster a strong corporate culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- A minimum of 20 years of progressive leadership experience, including 5–7+ years in a C-suite role (e.g., CEO, Managing Director, or General Manager).
- A proven track record of success within the FMCG, dairy, food & beverage, or related manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrable expertise in P&L management, business scaling, and profitability growth.
- Strong operational background in manufacturing, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or Food Science
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating in regional or emerging markets is a significant advantage.
- An MBA or other relevant advanced Masters degree is highly preferred.
