Cybersecurity Manager

Lead the planning, development, and execution of IT infrastructure strategies.
Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
Supervise and develop a team of IT operations staff, ensuring high performance and technical proficiency.
Oversee the organizations cloud infrastructure and ensure optimal performance and security.
Ensure system uptime and availability in line with SLAs.
Implement and manage monitoring tools to detect proactively and resolve issues.
Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs).
Develop processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Ensure compliance with security policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
Prepare and manage IT operations budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure infrastructure security.
Collaborate with application and development teams to support business projects and initiatives.

Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Masters degree or MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience with both on-premises and cloud environments (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
Proven experience managing networks, firewalls, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies: servers, networking, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage (SAN/NAS such as HPE and Nutanix), backup systems (such as Veeam).
Experience with cloud services and architecture (e.g., IaaS, PaaS).
Proficiency in systems monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
